CFK - Cash for Keys
We do face to face professional negotiation with tenants or previous owner occupants. Upon successful completion of negotiations, we have occupant sign CFK agreement. This is followed by a personal detailed inspection of the property interior and exterior to assure that all terms of the Cash For Keys Agreement have been abided by prior to the release of CFK funds.
BPO - Broker Price Opinion

Trash Out
Our team of professional and qualified "trash out" and maintenance sub-contractors stand ready to complete all required work at competitive prices. All "trash out" jobs are bid prior to commencement of any job. All trash out and repair work is supervised and inspection. Lawn care and yard maintenance is ordered, supervised and inspected in accordance with your orders and instructions.
Utility Hookups
Arrangements are made in a timely manner for all required utilities to be turned on in order to maintain and protect the value and salability of the asset. This is done according to orders and instructions. Utilities bills will be submitted on a timely basis, or paid by Realty One and submitted for reimbursement.
Inspections & Repair Bids
Detailed inspections will be made by our qualified personnel for all recommended repairs and hazardous existing conditions. Itemized bids will be secured from our network of professional and qualified contractors, including plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting and general repair contractors.
Regular weekly inspections are strictly conducted to assure that the property is safe and secure. These inspections include landscape maintenance and winterization inspections.Monthly Status and Inspections Reports are submitted as required, and always "On-Time".
Listing Assignments
We very much appreciate your listing assignments, and we are fully committed to our detailed listing and marketing plans, and the successful sales of all our listing assignments at the highest possible selling price in the fastest marketing time.
All listings will be completed and input into the MLS system, and copies of the MLS printout will be submitted to you within 24 hours. Appropriate posting of properties and "For Sale" signs will be in place within 24 hours of signed listing.
